As a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the collection and use of your personal data over the past 12 months. There are certain circumstances under which we may deny your deletion request. These include instances where retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
Exercising Deletion Rights, Data Portability, and Access
In order to exercise your access, data portability, and deletion rights as described above, you (or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf) may submit a verifiable consumer request to our data protection officer via email at privacy@infinity-enterprises.net. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
Please note that you are only permitted to make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. When making such a request, you must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity or authority to act on your behalf. This may include a detailed description of your request.
We will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request, or if the personal information requested does not relate to you.
It is not necessary to create an account with us in order to make a verifiable consumer request. We will only use the personal information provided in such a request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
For instructions on exercising your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, see the section on Sales Opt-out and Opt-in Rights of Personal Information.
Response, Timing, and Format
We will strive to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 90 days) to respond, we will notify you in writing and explain the reason for the extension.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will provide our written response by mail or electronically, at your preference.
Any information we disclose will only pertain to the 12 months preceding the receipt of the verifiable consumer request. If we are unable to fulfill a request, we will explain the reasons why in our response. For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a readily useable format that allows you to transfer the data from one entity to another without difficulty.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to verifiable consumer requests, unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a fee is warranted, we will explain our decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing the request.

To exercise your right to opt out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to our data protection officer via email at privacy@infinity-enterprises.net or by clicking the following link: Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize the sale of your personal information. However, you are free to change your mind and opt back in to the sale of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email address provided above.
You do not need to create an account with us in order to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use the personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and fulfill the request.
